Foireann (Foireann.ie) is the GAA’s new online management system replacing what was previously available in the Games Management System - or Servasport - with a brand new, purpose-built, system. The registration functionality within the Servasport Games Management System has now been turned off, and all Member’s data has been moved to Foireann. As per Rules 2.2, 2.3 and 3.2 of the GAA Official Guide and 5.10 of the GAA Club Constitution, ALL Club Members MUST be registered on the Foireann system.
Rower Inistioge GAA Club has this year decided to partner with Clubzap which is a GDPR compliant, mobile communications and payment platform to engage with members to deliver news, notifications, results, fixtures, membership etc. At this stage all age groups are using Clubzap for notifications on training, attendance and filling in the Covid questionnaires.
When you join using the membership function on Clubzap, your details are matched by the Registrar of the Club to those that are on Foireann. New members are added to Foireann, again, by the Registrar. Members of the GAA Club do NOT need to do anything on Foireann. To avoid confusion, this includes the completion of the Covid questionnaires. Although this was done last year, this year they need to be done via Clubzap. Members may receive an automated message from Foireann once they are registered.
To note, Rower Inistioge Camogie Club will be using Foireann this year for membership and Covid questionnaires.
