Advice to Spectators
As our Club Competitions get underway this weekend it is important to note that the spread of Covid 19, despite a huge uptake in the Vaccination Programme, continues to be a serious issue. As restrictions begin to unwind it is vital that we remain vigilant and take personal responsibility for our own health and safety. To this end we recommend the following:
- Please only attend the game your own club is involved in.
- If you have any symptoms or feel unwell you should not attend any games.
- For this weekend, with a view to adhering to the number restrictions still in place, we ask supporters to attend their own club games only.
- Please alert all your club members and particularly elderly people in your parish of the streaming of our games from UPMC Nowlan Park on Saturday and Sunday.
- The use of Face Coverings at all our games is strongly recommended.
- While watching games please maintain a social distance from the nearest spectators. In UPMC Nowlan Park please avail of the spacious seating available to spectate safely at games there.
- Do not congregate in groups before or after the games.
- Please adhere to all Public Health Advice when attending games.
It is great to have spectators back at our games but there is an onus on all of us to play our part in ensuring that our games continue successfully and safely over the coming weeks.
