If you are having issues receiving Clubzap notifications, please ensure the notifications are on and the app is up to date. Instructions below. If you are still having issues please contact me.
In Clubzap go to Clubhouse in bottom left then My Account in top right
Select Notifications & Alerts
Make sure notifications are ON and that you can see a bell rather than an X
Make sure you have latest app version by checking app store/play store, if it says Update, please update
Lastly, can you please ensure that your phone and email details are up to date by checking your account details in My Account
