The Rower Inistioge GAA Club 2023 AGM was held in the Rower Hall on 23rd November, 2023. In front on a modest crowd, those present were welcomed by Chairman Richard Tierney. Thereafter, Matt Galavan delivered his Secretary's report, followed by Jim Galavan's Treasurer's report, Jack Lyng's Development report, Richard Tierney's Chairman's address, Micheál Roche's President's address and Michael Byrne's Bord na nOg report.
Both Richard Tierney and Micheál Roche informed the meeting that they are stepping down from their respective positions. Richard had completed a five year term as Chairman and Micheál has been a long standing President of the Club. Richard and Micheál were roundly commended for their decades of commitment to the Club and selfless volunteerism.

Those present unanimously voted in favour of naming the GAA grounds in the Rower, Fr. Tom Murphy Park. Eddie Keher expressed his delight that his great friend was having such an honour bestowed on him by the Club.
There was one motion up for discussion calling on the Club to either appoint separate managers for juvenile football or insist that hurling management teams provide football training in the run into football leagues and championship. It was unanimously agreed that the Club will insist that the management teams appointed going forward are informed that they must provide football training also.
